After a few days of further research, I decided to commit to a date for the procedure. I had a few questions that were answered promptly via email or over the phone. Understandably I was nervous on the day of procedure. However, the ladies were so reassuring as was Dr Rasool. I was obviously most concerned about pain, but it was a painless procedure. The main discomfit was being in one position for a long time, but time went by quickly with chatting , listening to the radio and I was even able to check my WhatsApp from time to time. Your comfort as a patient is the main priority for the team. I never felt unsafe, or uncared for during the procedure.

During lunch time I took some selfies and sent to friends. The second day went quicker and again was pain free. The most you feel is a slight pressure on your head. The team told me what to expect during my recovery with clear instructions on how to aid the recovery. The main post procedure symptom I had was swelling which is common, but that went away after a few days with no intervention needed. I also had a slight headache but that also went away with medication. My recovery was text book. It was satisfying watching the hair grow back, especially the newly transferred hair follicles. Six to eight months later, the growth and volume of new hair was amazing, and close to a year later I am still experiencing new growth. The look is very natural and people that didn’t know I went for the procedure just assumed I had a new haircut. It has done wonders for my confidence and I do not hesitate recommending the team.
